The development stage of a product is crucial in its overall success and ease of manufacture. We are able to provide assistance in many elements of the development phase, allowing you to draw on our knowledge and expertise. We can be provided both in-house and as a managed service with a view to taking the project on to the injection molding stage. Meanwhile, our modular insert tooling option is a step further to allow you to trial various materials and check key features of your product.
Our offering of a full on-site tool room to support the molding process allows ease of manufacture as services are carried out here on site. Our toolmakers have a wealth of experience, giving you confidence that the tooling we manufacture will be of excellent quality and fit for the purpose intended. By keeping a strict tool maintenance program in place between production runs, we ensure your tool will always be ready for the next run.
Our mold shop is home to 8 molding machines ranging in size from 80-300 tons and is run by our highly skilled setters. With a rich history in producing bespoke technical moldings to various industries, we are able to process a wide range of thermoplastic materials, including high engineering grades. The machines are supported with a monitoring system and dedicated patrol checks throughout the run.
